3. Can't find it? Check spam/promotions, or email [support email] with your order number (starts with #).

What to expect

Orders are processed in 2–5 business days, then shipped, with delivery in 7–20 business days depending on destination. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after dispatch — that's normal.
